Questions before you hand off the books
The short version: secure files, official software access, clear quote, then monthly delivery by the 10th.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use secure document upload, encrypted systems, least-privilege access, and official accounting software invites instead of asking for bank passwords.
What software do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Sage, Zoho Books, and other accounting platforms. We also work with common payment processors and commerce tools.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients can start with a secure upload folder and accounting software invite quickly. After your assessment, we return a full quote within 24-48 hours.
Do you do taxes?
No. We do bookkeeping and prepare tax-ready year-end packages for your accountant, but we do not file tax returns or provide tax advice.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle. There is no long-term lock-in unless a separate cleanup scope says otherwise.

What do you need from me to get started?
